The seller of the goods offered in this online store "Good Wood" Ltd (reg.no. 40203302282, address - "Enerģija", Barkava, Barkavas pag., Madonas nov., LV-4834), on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Contract. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods as ordered by the Buyer.

Ordering, delivery and payment

The Buyer shall place an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods by using the payment tools integrated in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature. The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 7 working days of receipt of payment for the goods, the delivery time being agreed with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods, provided that the Goods are unused and in their original, unsoiled and undamaged packaging, by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller by e-mail to [email protected]. The Seller shall send the form of the cancellation letter to the Buyer by e-mail upon receipt of the Buyer's request. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the cancellation letter. Upon return, the Buyer shall be refunded the full value of the goods and any costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the event of improper use of the goods. Article 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal";. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee in the event that the goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow the instructions during use, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods is substantially damaged. The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases set out in Paragraph 22 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations on distance contracts&quot", including if the consumer has opened the packaging of a product which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided.

Data acquisition and use

Personal data are data which the Seller, with the consent of the Buyer, obtains from the Buyer in order to perform the terms of the contract concluded and for the purpose of further communication with the Buyer. The acquisition of the Buyer's data takes place when the Buyer provides contact information (name, surname, personal identification number, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address) on the website. The acquisition of Customer Data takes place when the Customer makes purchases on the Website by providing contact details or by storing the information necessary to determine the preferred method of implementation of the purchase. When making a purchase on the Website, all personal information of the Buyer shall be treated as confidential information, except in the cases provided for by law or regulation. The Seller may use the data collected to inform the Buyer about products, events and news. At any time, the Buyer may remove his/her name from the list of the target group if he/she does not wish to receive information about goods, events and news. The Buyer's data is used for the delivery of the goods and for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the order of the goods. The Seller undertakes to use its best endeavours to ensure adequate data security. The Seller may disclose the Buyer's data if it has reason to believe that this information is necessary to identify, detect or take legal action against a person who may cause any damage to another person or to the Seller by endangering its rights, property or operations, or by exposing other users of this website and/or persons to such and similar risks; this must be done taking into account the requirements of laws and regulations or when requested to do so by the competent authorities. The Customer is entitled to receive the following information upon written request: what data has been collected about him/her, the source of the data, when the last change was made to the data, for what purpose the data was processed, details of the recipients of the data.
